Dear Parents,
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I write this letter of introduction to you as the new principal of Dr. Garza STEAM Academy. I am truly honored to become part of this community, which has already given me such a warm welcome! In just the few interactions I’ve had with staff, students and families so far, it’s become abundantly clear that this school is a unique and special place.
All of us at STEAM Academy are eager and excited to begin the 2022-2023 school year. We will be going full STEAM ahead as we continue to provide academic experiences for our students that are rigorous, relevant and that build relationships. As your principal, it is important to me that everyone who steps through our doors as staff, students, and parents feel welcome as part of the Dr. Garza Rocket Family.
STEAM Academy is a wonderful learning community. My colleagues and I appreciate the trust that you’ve shown in us by sending your children here every day.
