It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year at Dr. Raul Garza Jr. STEAM Academy! Our campus continues to grow as a thriving community of learners where curiosity, creativity, and collaboration lead the way. Whether you are returning to our campus family or joining us for the first time, we are thrilled to have you as part of our journey.
This year, we proudly carry forward our guiding principle: Driven by Pride, Defined by Excellence!. These words are more than a motto—they are a commitment. We take pride in who we are, in the hard work of our students and staff, and in the strong relationships we build together. Excellence is not just a goal; it is the standard that shapes every decision, every lesson, and every experience we create for our students.
Our STEAM focus—integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics—ensures that every child has the opportunity to think critically, solve problems creatively, and see the connections between learning and the world around them. You can expect engaging lessons, innovative projects, and events that showcase the amazing talents of our students.
Success at our academy is a team effort. We invite you to be an active partner in your child’s education by staying connected through school communications, attending events, and participating in our PTO. Together, we will ensure that every child feels valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

Es con gran orgullo y entusiasmo que les doy la bienvenida al ciclo escolar 2025–2026 en nuestra escuela Dr. Raul Garza Jr. STEAM Academy. Nuestra escuela continúa creciendo como una comunidad vibrante de aprendizaje, donde la curiosidad, la creatividad y la colaboración son el motor de nuestro éxito. Ya sea que regresen a nuestra familia escolar o se unan a nosotros por primera vez, nos llena de alegría contar con su presencia en este nuevo capítulo.
Este año, continuamos con nuestro principio rector: Impulsados por el orgullo, definidos por la excelencia. Estas palabras son más que un lema: son un compromiso. Nos enorgullece quiénes somos, el esfuerzo de nuestros estudiantes y personal, y las sólidas relaciones que construimos juntos. Nuestro enfoque STEAM—que integra Ciencia, Tecnología, Ingeniería, Artes y Matemáticas—asegura que cada niño tenga la oportunidad de pensar críticamente, resolver problemas de forma creativa y ver las conexiones entre el aprendizaje y el mundo que los rodea.
